HB4392 Passes the House and moves to the Senate

Last night #HB4392 passed the House! This bill ensures that no one can be denied a petition for the expungement/sealing of records based on a positive cannabis test, and removes the requirement to test for cannabis in the first place. This is a positive step forward in bringing about more equity.
